Introduction

This document outlines the terms and conditions of the CSA5Steps Affiliate & Collaborator Program, aimed at rewarding individuals for promoting CSA5Steps courses. The program recognizes two types of participants: Affiliates and Collaborators.

Definitions

Affiliate: An individual enrolled and actively participating in one or more courses provided by CSA5Steps.

Collaborator: An influencer or marketing Collaborator using their established branding to promote CSA5Steps, but not enrolled as a student.

Enrollment

Enrollment in the Program requires completing a registration process, subject to our approval.

Affiliate and Collaborator Obligations

Participants must conduct ethical and legal marketing activities and accurately represent our services/products.

Compliance with all relevant laws and regulations is mandatory.

Reward System

Participants earn a 10% commission for the referral of a new student (that becomes and active student of CSA5steps) Payouts are subject to a $100.00 minimum threshold, details of which will be specified.

Affiliate Requirements

Active Membership: Affiliates must maintain active membership status throughout a 12-month period.

Referral Objectives: Affiliates are required to achieve the referral objectives as outlined in this agreement.

Collaborator Requirements

Compliance with Collaborator Agreement: Collaborators must comply with the terms and conditions set forth in their separate Collaborator Agreement.

Adherence to Program Standards: Collaborators must uphold program standards and ethical guidelines established by CSA5Steps.

Commission Structure and Payment

Commission rates and payment schedules are predetermined by CSA5Steps and subject to change.

Payments are made through specified methods and are subject to a verification period.

Intellectual Property

Participants are granted a non-exclusive right to use specified & approved trademarks and marketing materials, with all intellectual property rights retained by CSA5Steps.

Liability and Indemnification

CSA5Steps is not liable for indirect losses, and participants agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from their promotional activities.

Relationship of Parties

Participants are independent contractors, and this agreement does not establish a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.

Confidentiality

Confidential information must not be disclosed without prior written consent from CSA5Steps.

Modification

CSA5Steps may modify these terms, with continued participation constituting acceptance of any changes.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where CSA5Steps is located.

General Provisions

If parts of these terms are found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. This document constitutes the entire agreement between CSA5Steps and the participants regarding the Affiliate & Collaborator Program.

By participating in the CSA5Steps Affiliate & Collaborator Program, you acknowledge understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions.
